At your scale, work them yourself. Gather the leadership team with the prep sheet’s artifact list actually in hand, hold the decision rules, and fill what you can. You will get further than you expect, and where you stall will tell you something useful: the stalls are where an outside facilitator earns their keep.
That is what the paid engagement adds — not the structure, which you now have, but the day that fills it: three voices that disagree, evidence on the table, and a decision by close of business. When the cost of unclear positioning is plainly larger than the cost of fixing it, that is the time to do it properly.
