DIR UVP Sprint is operated by Mediathink. This page explains what we collect when you use this site, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not to hide behind legal language. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].
What this site collects
When you use the UVP Clarity Check. The Clarity Check lets you submit your own materials for analysis. When you use it, you provide:
- one or more website addresses (URLs) you ask us to review;
- up to two PDF files you choose to upload;
- two short text answers describing what you sell and who your buyer is;
- your company type and, in the fit step, broad revenue and marketing-spend ranges.
We use these only to produce your clarity report. We do not keep them. The page text we read and the PDFs you upload are sent to our analysis provider in a single request, used to generate your report, and not stored on our servers afterward. There is no account, no saved history, and nothing for us to log. The “clear this check” button on the results screen clears the copy held in your own browser.
Your analysis is processed by OpenAI. To produce the report, the submitted page text and PDFs are sent to OpenAI’s API. We send this with storage turned off, and OpenAI states that data sent through its API is not used to train its models. OpenAI may retain data briefly — up to 30 days — for abuse monitoring, unless a zero-retention arrangement applies. We do not control that retention; we mention it so you can decide what to submit. Please don’t upload anything regulated, personal, financial, medical, or highly confidential.
If you contact us or book a call. If you give us your email or book a call, we collect that contact information so we can follow up with you. Bookings are handled through Google Calendar.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used in aggregate — how many people view a page, start the check, complete it, and so on. We have configured analytics so that the URLs you enter, your uploaded files and their names, the report content, your answers, and your email are never sent to analytics. Analytics sees counts and categories, not your materials.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting trackers on this site.
- We do not build profiles of you across other websites.
- We do not show a generic result in place of a real one; if the tool cannot analyze your materials, it tells you so.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure usage. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on if you prefer not to be counted. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the Clarity Check.
Your choices
You can:
- use the Clarity Check without giving us contact information — the full report is shown before any email is requested;
- clear your check from your browser using the on-screen control;
- ask us what contact information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected];
- control cookies through your browser as described above.
Because we do not store the materials you submit to the Clarity Check, there is nothing on our side to retrieve or delete for those — they are gone once your report is generated.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
